(12/2/00) The Crescent City Music Show celebrates it’s fourth anniversary on the air with a big Saturday night party and cybercast at Tobacco Road in downtown Miami, Florida. Music by L’il Brian, The Baboons and The Radiators.


(4/15/00) The Crescent City Music Show has been receiving substantial email requests from listeners around the United States requesting we broadcast on a week night. “We are away from the computer on Saturday nights, please move the show!”, is the general request. After long, careful planning with Eyeqradio management, we are proud to answer these requests! Beginning on April 20th, you can hear the Crescent City Music Show every Thursday at 8pm Eastern Time!


(4/1/00) The Crescent City Music Show hosts an eyeqradio.com exclusive broadcast of Iko Iko‘s CD Release Party. A five hour extended broadcast from 10pm to 3am, including interviews with Graham Drout, leader of Iko Iko.


(3/26/00) The Crescent City Music Show hosts the Tobacco Road Global Webcast Concert Series presented by EyeQRadio and SouthFloridaJams.com with two great bands live from Tobacco Road. Direct from Philadelphia, Fat Head along with South Florida and Pet de Kat favorites, The Baboons.


(1/8/00) Crescent City Music Show debuts worldwide on www.eyeqradio.com. Live from high above World Famous Tobacco Road in downtown Miami every Saturday Night 10:00 p.m.(Eastern Time), adjust for your local time zone.


(11/20/99) Crescent City Music Show works a huge deal to broadcast worldwide on eyeqradio.com.


(5/1999) Hey we’ve done it again! Proving itself as popular and exciting, management of WAXY has offered the Crescent City Music Show the Weekly PRIME TIME slot! Now the Crescent City Music Show can be heard from 8pm ’til 10pm every Saturday on WAXY 790AM!


After two very successful years on the air, the Crescent City Music Show is proud to announce that the program has expanded to two hours! In December 1998 the show began broadcasting from 10 p.m. until Midnight every Saturday Night on WAXY 790AM!

What does this mean to the listener? More music! Interviews! Live remotes! More give-aways!

Thank you all for two great years of bringing the best of Louisiana to South Florida!


Real Audio Update? WAXY-AM has delayed plans of launching the station on Real Audio. Updates when we get them.

WAXY-AM announced to show hosts via memo that the station will be adding Real Audio capabilities to the programming.

The Crescent City Music Show plans to take full advantage of broadcasting our versionof a Louisiana party to the world. Statistics of the website indicate that theprogram will be well received, not only by Floridians, but around the country and the world. The website has received numerous hits from Europe, Asia, Australia and South America.
